Join our team: make a meaningful difference

At Dann Growth & Independence, we're not just a disability service provider; we're a values-led community committed to personalised support. If you're an experienced support worker seeking more than just a job, discover a role where consistency, respect, and genuine skill are not just valued, but essential.

The opportunity: intentional, high-quality support

You'll provide intentional, high-quality support to participants with varying complexities, working in partnership with families and allied professionals to create environments where people can truly thrive. This includes community access, capacity building, personal care, medication support, emotional regulation, transport assistance, light household tasks, and clear, objective documentation. We prioritise thoughtful worker-participant matching to ensure long-term success for everyone involved.

Who thrives with us?

This role isn't for someone seeking back-to-back shifts with minimal engagement. It's for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional support, lead with emotional intelligence and professionalism, understand boundaries while remaining deeply compassionate, and communicate with clarity and respect. If you're calm, adaptable, solutions-focused, and want to grow alongside a highly regarded provider, you'll flourish here.

Why choose dann growth & independence?

Experience consistent, carefully matched shifts and supportive leadership that understands frontline realities. We offer a workplace culture grounded in respect and collaboration, with opportunities to grow with a provider known for quality. Most importantly, your work will be valued here – you won't be "just another worker on the roster".

Ready to apply? Your skills and values matter.

We are intentionally selective because our participants deserve the right people. Skills can be taught, but integrity, warmth, and professional instinct cannot. If you align with our vision, we encourage you to apply.

2. Tell us about a time you used initiative to support someone in a way that improved their independence or wellbeing. What was the outcome?
3. This role suits workers who value consistency, professionalism, and relationship-based support. What appeals to you about working within a boutique provider rather than a large agency?
